Refund Policy

1. General Refund Conditions:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bangon. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at opreation@bangonae.com to discuss your options.

3. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items do not meet these conditions.  

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.  

5. Shipping Costs:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item).   

6. International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes.
  • Please clearly mark your return package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any additional charges.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:
